Our remote lift maintenance system, ELE-First, enables us to closely monitor your lift operation round the clock. ELE-First will periodically access operating data of the lift that are stored in the computerized lift system through a fixed telephone line. Upon analysis of the data by our professional technical team, we can devise appropriate service tasks for each individual lift according to running condition and status. As such, operating efficiency is improved and the downtime for routine maintenance visit can be reduced.

In case of equipment failure, ELE-First will send the relevant fault signal received promptly to our 24-hour service centre for proper arrangement of inspection and appropriate rectification work.
