Since the existing lift system has been operating for over 20 years, the lift performance such as leveling accuracy and riding comfort might be quite dissatisfactory. In order to improve the lift performance to today's level, Lift Modernization provided by Mitsubishi Elevator is the ideal solution.

Under this plan, vital parts of the lift system will be upgraded to the most advanced AC-VVVF computerized one. It involves the replacement of certain major components such as the traction motor, control panel & landing device, etc. As the control system will be upgraded to the contemporary AC-VVVF system, it improves riding comfort, leveling accuracy and achieves energy savings of up to 50% in comparison with conventional system.

All main parts and upgraded functions are designed by Mitsubishi Electric Inazawa Works in Japan.
