Remote Maintenance

Our remote lift maintenance systems, M's BRIDGE, enables us to closely monitor your lift operation round the clock. The systems will periodically access operating data of the lift that are stored in the computerized lift system through mobile network. Upon analysis of the data by our professional technical team, we can devise appropriate service tasks for each individual lift according to running condition and status. As such, operating efficiency is improved and the downtime for routine maintenance visit can be reduced.

In case of equipment failure, M's BRIDGE will send the relevant fault signal received promptly to the Data Centre in Japan and then our 24-hour service centre for proper arrangement of inspection and appropriate rectification work.
